Such a nice, kind, patient, wonderful person, giving and generous, easy to befriend and talk to and deal with. Whatever you need, he tries to get it for you as quickly and conveniently as he can. The products and selection are very good, I find things otherwise not easily found in just any old place. After a few visits and dealings you really start to appreciate the personable service, and at the same time also feel really appreciated as a customer. I've been going to Metro Cigar every week this summer for my cigar needs. Basher offers excellent customer service and loves to talk about cigars. I often stay a while asking him all kinds of questions and browse around at all the high end section after I bought my 10 dollar stick. Even during this pandemic when the selection is limited Basher still manages to offer a decent variety for the regular Joes or the high rollers with expensive taste. Highly recommended!

Besher is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to get to know his customers and goes above and beyond expectations to make sure people get what they are looking for. Besher is the man!!! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Been my go to in Toronto for a long time and I've since moved to another province where I get my cigars mailed to me so easily! What ever they don't have he will do his best to get for you. Exceptional memory of his customers likes and preferences, you will not find that anywhere !
