Sarah Sasseville of Integracare assembled an all-star team of caregivers for my mother. She was thorough in assessing needs and the PSWs she introduced are competent and reliable as well as extremely warm, caring and proactive in figuring out what needs to be done and when. Integracare is a professional, trustworthy and responsive organization that helped us during a very challenging time for my mother and our family.

When my father passed away on Christmas day, I was anxious to get home to Calgary to be with my family. However I needed to arrange continuous care for my husband who has significant mobility challenges combined with dementia. I was fortunate to receive a response from Integracare on the morning of Dec. 27th. They were the first of the many potential service providers I had contacted on Boxing Day. They sent a very knowledgeable staff member that afternoon to assess my husband and living situation and I quickly had 24-hour-a-day care in place. The caregivers were wonderful by all reports from my husband and his brothers, who visited daily to check in on him. More recently, I moved home to Calgary and in planning our departure, I knew it would be a chaotic day at our apartment, followed by a flight to Calgary -- during a pandemic. Integracare was able to provide another lovely caregiver who kept my husband happy and comfortable in our condo's boardroom during the move. She also accompanied us to the airport and assisted us with check-in (lots of luggage, including pets). We parted ways at the security gate at which point I had free hands to take over my husband's care. I cannot recommend this agency more strongly. They are professional, caring, efficient and friendly to do business with: from reception to dear Raquel in accounting--who had to walk me through the online payment process. We both thank all of you for the opportunity to benefit from your wonderful service. Take care and be safe.

I have been working with Integracare for the past three months and it has been the best three months compared to my four years working in a health facility. The CEO has motivated me to grow as a caregiver and to contribute more to society.He's amazing, he takes the time out to know his employees and to hear their concerns. The HR is always available when needed and the office team is excellent, they show that they care. The entire executive team treats their employees fearly. I would recommend Integracare to all the heard working caregivers who are out there and feel unappreciated because the team shows appreciation for the simplest work that is done.

We called Integracare because we needed immediate help for my elderly father with dementia who was recovering from surgery. Within a few hours a PSW arrived at the door and right away knew exactly how to make my father comfortable. For the next few weeks we received phenomenal 24/7 care from the wonderful PSW’s assigned to our case. The management team, (Lee, Lisa and Jessica) were also all extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. We are so grateful for the support everyone provided in our time of need. We would not hesitate to contact Integracare again and highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for home care.

Everything about our experience with Integracare was perfect. The people on the phone were friendly and full of information and advice. The two staff who came to our house to help my wife were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and very solicitous! I would definitely recommend this company again and would use them when I needed this assistance.
