Five stars for Amber who recently moved to Montreal from Winnepeg. She is very experienced. Fabulous color and I asked for curls that will last . . . she delivered! She's also a history buff so great conversation. — update - another great experience with Amber. Super friendly space. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at Salon Adikt. The staff was courteous and on time. Amber worked miracles on my damaged hair, giving me such pretty natural looking colour and left my hair looking healthy and renewed. I'll definitely be returning.

So many things about this salon impressed me that it will be impossible to fit them all in one review, but I’ll cover the basics. I came in with hair that was so damaged the curl had literally been bleached out of it and had patchy box dye over top. Damon sat me down, looked at my hair’s natural condition and considered all angles to give me a beautiful colour and save it from all the damage that had been done to it. Amber who also has curly hair and understands it’s unique needs gave me a cut to reshape my hair and remove the worst of the damage, she did an amazing job. I’ve had deva cuts in the past but I can honestly say it’s now lighter and bouncier than I’ve ever felt it. Damon then was careful to use whatever techniques necessary to ensure my colour came out even despite the unpredictable condition my hair was in. I didn’t really expect anything but a new colour going in, but when I left my hair looked gorgeous, shiny and healthy. It was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Another thing to note is the lovely atmosphere and excellent sense of teamwork present in this salon. There was another gentleman who helped, I didn’t catch his name but like everyone in the salon I met he was warm and very personable. Damon has excellent taste in who he hires. Everyone you meet at Salon Adikt will be interesting, kind, and down to earth. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience and hair you love this is absolutely the salon to chose!

I have been seeing Damon for my colour for nearly 15 years and he is a true talent. He has taken my colour from natural looking blonde highlights to chocolate brown and many shades in between, always preserving the health of my hair throughout colour transitions. In addition to being a delightful conversationalist and person, he is passionate about his work and meticulous in finding the exact colour to complement my skin tone and eyes. Amber has a delightful warm presence and does beautiful cut and styling work. The team is lovely and you will leave feeling refreshed and revitalised. Go see them!
