I got my cut by Britney yesterday and absolutely love it, very professional and I appreciated her suggestions. She took her time cutting and styling my long rapunzel hair and made my experience pleasant. My appointment went 10-13 min past the closing hour, you'd think the stylist would have rushed me out to close up shop, but she showed no form of irritation nor did she rush, she finished my styling to perfection regardless of time. I'm going back to get my colour in two weeks by Britney.

Big Thank you to Bella for giving me one of my best haircuts I have ever had. From the consultation to the styling. What impressed me the most is that she knew exactly how to treat my haircut. My hair is fine but there's alot. She used the right cutting techniques for cutting and texturizing. My looks and feels good. I will definitely be back.

This was my first ever visit at Twin Image and Katrina was wonderful! Her professionalism and transparency was what impressed me most. Well, that and my new look! This salon is going above and beyond to make their customers feel safe during the pandemic. Masks, sanitizing and health checks just to name the obvious. Katrina did a thorough hair history and discussion on what look I was going for. She gave a soothing head massage while shampooing my hair (truth be told, I could have left at this point a happy woman!) and then expertly cut my hair. I now feel like a million bucks. Katrina did a quick consultation for colour as well. She was happy to answer all of my questions. Thank you, Katrina, for my new do!

I am totally amazed at my visits to Twin Image, all the staff are friendly, courteous and professional. Britney is an excellent stylist, she listens and offers the best advice.My hair is in perfect style when she is finished. I definitely recommend this place!
