The staff have always been great with my dog and other pets that I have observed. Their dedication and passion for the health and well being of all the pets that go through their clinic is top notch. But, as pet owners, we spend so much of our money on our pets, as , vet clinics can be very expensive. I was told in my email, the day prior to the appointment, to bring a fresh stool sample. Then to find out I am being charged $90 for the test, which was not mentioned in the email, is very frustrating. Just wish there was more clarity on this matter. Other than that, the team is wonderful. Keep up the great work!!

I came in for Travel documents and a check up for for my dog. Even though Covid doesn't allow owners to be in there with your pet... they make sure they call you and talk you through everything. The present all options unbiased (which is nice!). I left with all of the travel documents filled out - bless their hearts because there was a lot of info needed. Keep up the great work!

Front Street Animal Hospital are exceptional! I was nervous at how my puppy would react to going to the vet but he definitely loves going already. Everyone is so friendly and makes a big fuss of him to make him feel at ease (as well as me!). We decide to go with these guys due to the volume of great reviews they have and we can now see why. Very impressed so far

I had my first vet visit for my new puppy for his second round vaccines last week and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Shannon made sure to take the time to address every single concern I had and was so helpful and kind. The rest of the staff was also very wonderful. They even gave me a little puppy package to go home with, which was really appreciated. I'm so happy I chose Front Street Animal Hospital to be my vet clinic. There was a clinic even closer to me, but I definitely made the right decision.

Everything from the first call to my first visit was done in a professional, reliable, responsive manner. The fact that Front Street is walking distance to my place is a bonus. Even with all the restrictions in place, Front Street made the process of in-take, vet phone-call and release home for my pup Guinness seamless and I'm assuming painless considering how happy he was! Highly recommend Front Street Animal Hospital to anyone in the downtown core!
