I highly recommend Christy Chudy RMT. I started going to Christy 2 years ago and quickly realized she’s incredible. She’s so thorough, patient and friendly. I use to get a lot of headaches and my shoulders and neck were always super sore. Christy has relieved so much tension that I can’t remember my last headache.

I started seeing Christy to help improve my posture. From that point on, Christy has helped me through countless injuries. Her knowledge is unbelievable! She determines what the injury is, works on it and sets a plan in place to get me back to normal. Having a degree in kinesiology myself, there were even some injuries I couldn't figure out, and within 2 treatments I was almost 80% better... I highly recommend her!

It has been a month since i started with Grice Massage Therapy. They start on time and make sure i get my allotted time slot in there. After the massage I get asked how was it and see how i am feeling. The first time i came in there her questions for me were a great way to find out how to help my body. She is very professional and cautious when she is massaging. The only thing she can improve in is allowing patients pay with credit cards instead of just cash or debt card.
