Not all pre-owned office furniture places are created equal. This place is top notch with a wide selection of makes and models. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and everything looked like they were practically brand-new! I had done my research, I knew what I wanted and I found my Herman Miller Aeron here. Online, most people were selling beat-up or refurbished Aeron Classics. Finding a Remastered Aeron at a great price is near impossible. Not so at UNRC. Arbe (my sales contact) was very helpful from my first phone call until I walked out with my Aeron. There were no pressure tactics and they even tried to encourage me to consider a cheaper chair (based on my seating needs). I was pretty shocked but it showed me that they were not just about trying to flip high-price items, but getting you into the right chair. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with UNRC and would highly recommend talking to either Arbe or Chuck. Both great guys and won’t steer you wrong. Will be back for my next chair for sure!

I wanted to buy a very good task chair since I’m working from home and I went to a few places that truly disappointed me with their bad customer service and limited options and operating hours. First and foremost I must admit that UNRC is pretty much the only store that is open late during the week and on Saturdays. They have a great selection and very pleasant employees who take care of every customer in the same courteous manner. Very happy with the chair I purchased and I will recommend UNRC to everyone who is in need of a good chair.

My wife and I wanted to buy ergonomic office chair for working from home, and I had few ones in my mind before coming to UNRC. The owner introduced several good choices and let us try, and we eventually bought a Steelcase Leap. We found there was a problem with the gas cylinder the that night and we called UNRC. They gave an exchange the next day, with no questions asked. Everything was steam cleaned and checked. I do believe the owner cares a lot about his customers and I experienced exceptional service from this purchase. I would definitely come back again in the near future.

Probably one of the best office furniture store in Toronto. They carry a huge selection of quality chairs, with excellent price tags. The staff were very friendly, and the delivery was quick. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in getting some quality office furniture.
