This isn’t a walk-in clinic - it’s a family doctors office that also takes walk-ins. That’s a major difference and it shows. At the time of writing this is a new office|facility with a small pharmacy counter built-in. The facilities are clean and well maintained and I hope as the building ages they keep it up. But the most important part is the doctors and the physicians who staff this clinic are fantastic. Open and direct communication; taking the time to listen and diagnose and (in my case) a proven effort to set up specialist referrals and follow up with patient care. If you can’t get to your own doctor, come here. If you live in the neighbourhood and don’t have a primary care physician, check them out. Wait times are good; even when it gets busy the staff move through patients efficiently. Negatives: the clinic doesn’t have the longest hours and the actual waiting room is small so during flu season etc. I can see there being issues with people piling up. Still, not enough to take a star. Also, get your prescriptions filled here rather than at shoppers - besides the helpful (and cute!) pharmacy team themselves, they have a deal worked out with the McDonald’s next door for a free coffee while you wait for your medicine! What’s not to like. Tl;dr: I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to this clinic when I need to see someone ASAP.

Dr. Bahar is amazing. Very kind and professional. Takes time to explain everything well. Great listener. The pharmacists and the receptionists are the friendliest people ever. Highly recommend this clinic.

Amazing services from both front desk and doctors. Transfer of medical info was smooth and fast. Phone calls about medical records were immediate! Never had such good walk-in clinic before! Thank you so much!

Best family doctor experience. Dr. Bahar is the best! The clinic is super clean and there's a pharmacy in it too!
