I was looking for a good vape pen on the cheaper side, as a new grower,.I wanted to start slow. I found Tools420 and was really impressed with their website, easy to navigate, awesome video tutorials on every product. I purchased a Slick pen and based on what I read and saw on the tutorial, and love it. Shipping was very quick and good packaging. I.did have a follow up question so I went to the customer support option, dropped a quick email and had my answer right away. Jeremy emailed me directly, answered my question and also gave me some tips on usage that I hadn't tried yet. Great site, easy to navigate, awesome customer support. Will definitely purchase more items as I progress.
