We used to bring both of our dogs here as puppies up until recently. We've changed vets now after we moved due to the distance. Otherwise, we'd be happy to continue here. They are very responsive and helpful, and the doctors spend time to meet with you or speak over the phone to clear up any questions. They are good with following up with you after vaccinations or to remind you about appointments and upcoming shots. Only downside is the price and also it can be difficult to get a suitable appt time as they are busy and have shorter hours on weekends.

I just wanted to say this is a wonderful vet clinic. I have been bringing in my cat Teddy here for the last year. They have always treated my cat well and looked after him. Even with covid they kept up their services and were able to still see him. I think it is the best clinic in Markham!

They are like family here. I know that my little fur baby will be taken care of as if she's their very own baby. And my little kitty enjoys her trips too!

*UPDATE based on reply* ''If one person calls you a horse, ignore them. If five people call you a horse, buy a saddle. :)''. They are very friendly and very clearly all animal lovers. However, they are outrageously over priced in my opinion and don't bare much mind relative to pricing things out for their services. When inquiring about pricing, I almost felt pressured, even guilted by the doctors and staff for trying to fully understand why things were priced the way they were knowing the same product or service was offered near by for a fraction of the cost. I had someone actually say ''Well if money is a problem for you, we can hold off on this procedure'', I wasn't personally insulted by this but I'm sure most people would have been. I had been advised/warned of the price gauging from some of my friends and family but simply choose them out of geographical convenience. Certainly they offer quality! I couldn't say a bad thing about how my animal was treated or cared for. My biggest piece of advice to the management would be to ''throw more bones'', try and retain clients/patients for the long haul by offering some complimentary services / price matching other clinics with the same reputation as appose to trying to gauge pockets for the short term. Oh and maybe hire more staff or just more ''go getter'' staff as things also move very slow here. I never once spent less than an hour waiting, even for something as minuscule as a vaccination booster. Cheers.

We visited for the annual vaccination of your cat. The appointment was a bit late due to the earlier appointment extending into ours. The staff was very polite, courteous and professional. The vet explained to us in detail the health of our cat, and we were very much satisfied with the experience. I would certainly recommend it.
