I recently bought a Specialized Sirrus 2.0 and I could not be happier with my overall experience! Amazing customer service from Tom and his wife, they were super helpful and gave me their opinions and advice on which bike was better suited for my needs. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends!

Great bike store, reasonable prices and the staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. I feel they may need more customer service staff to assist with sales ect however going to other stores and seeing the serious lack of customer service during this busy time when all stores have limited stock and high influx of customer I see why they don't hire...cause its difficult to find good people who care about the customers. I would rather wait and have good customer service here then what I have experienced at other shops.

Beautiful location for their shop and showroom. Augustin is one hard working guy who does wicked work, Tom and Penny are very friendly and helpful with all your concerns. Definitely recommend visiting this bike shop!

I've read some of the comments for this store and there seems to be some inconsistencies compared to what I experienced. My initial experience here started with them trying to convince me to go for an E-bike which I understand given that they need to move their inventory. Maybe it wasn't the best approach to use on me personally but then again I get it. Once I figured out what I wanted, the service and advice just clicked for me. In fact the pictures behind the cash register counter is proof that Tom has the knowledge and experience to provide the best advice possible. I'm happy to have dealt with them and will continue to do so. Additionally, I believe we all need to elevate our understanding when posting reviews for independent businesses trying to survive in this environment. Independent businesses face constant pressure from large corporations with greater access to economies of scale, advanced marketing and all around deeper pockets. Now add Covid to the mix and you will quickly realize that these businesses are fighting for survival, never mind profits. Let's please be mindful with our reviews.
