Brought in my bike for a tune up last Wednesday. Spoke with a very helpful young man named Aidan who walked the me through the entire process and repaired my bike so it’s like brand new! Clearly, the new management is really changing things up for the better here... I highly recommend a visit to this place for any of your cycling needs!

Great customer service not sure what all these online complaints are about. Promptly greeted by another staff member when waiting in line. I needed tires/tube inspected for running stroller because they have leaked and are unable to hold air. I got a call to say we had to wait a day to make sure everything was ok with tires before releasing to customer. I returned for pickup and was told no charge. Really! Thank you and I will make sure I have my mtn bike serviced by you guys.

New management since mid-summer 2020 have refurbished and brightened up the store. Many more bikes and accessories available now. Staff are knowledgeable, skilled and friendly (Tommy). Had our bikes in for service several times this season. Most recently for new tires and a seat; all work done quickly and well. Prices not cheap, but reasonable, given this difficult 2020. Hoping they make it through the long winter :)

Very helpful and knowledgeable. dropped 2 bikes off for tune ups and whoever I was dealing with(didn't get his name) was quick to point out my bent derailleur. From the sounds of it he is pretty experienced with our local trails and gave me some advice about bike setup while we were going over the work that needed to be done.

Had an issue with my chain. Blake helped problem solve my issue and recommend a more cost effective solution than replacing the whole chain. I get the sense the team there are passionate about bikes. And they put the customer first. Definitely returning when I have bike or service needs.
