Great store! I love supporting small local businesses. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products! They were able to show me exactly what I need, and furthermore explain everything. Had an excellent experience!

My bike had a flat twice this summer and both times I called, they were able to see me right away to get my tires fixed. The second time, they were out of replacement tires and took the extra time to patch up my tire. Very helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend this place!

They had good availability, however they did not call me when my skis were ready. I called back after 1 week and they said “oh it has been ready for a few days”. So I go to pick up the skis and I had to wait 10 mins until I got my skis. Not the best service but at least it’s better than sport chek...

Never have I had better service anywhere. They were helpful knowledgeable and took the time that was needed to fit my sons ski boots and set up his bindings all right before closing time. I highly recommend them skiing or snowboarding. I definitely have a new favourite store.

EXCEPTIONAL service and all around experience. I ruined the threading on the right arm crank of my spin bike and didn't know what to do. I went to a couple different bike stores to have it rethreaded, both of which turned me away because the piece is steel and not aluminum? My boyfriend called Station Ski & Ride to explain our situation and they assured him that if we brought in the piece they could fix it. Sure enough I brought in the arm crank and within 10 minutes they found a way to rethread it from the other end, an approach no other bike store had suggested. My spin bike is back together working better then ever. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to buy a new road bike in the spring.
