Honestly this shop is hands down one of the best in the city for service, bike maintenance knowledge and just overall friendly customer service. They go above and beyond with everything they do, recently providing my bike with brand new tires and tubes and trueing my back wheel for a remarkably affordable price, only to find out they also tuned my brakes and gave me a heads-up about my chain for next season. One of a kind place. Highly highly recommend!

This is my new favourite local bike shop. I purchased a few parts from them this summer for *very* reasonable prices, and, just now, they same-day fixed a cluster&^%* that involved my rear brake getting caught up in the spokes of the wheel on my long-in-the-tooth commuter, even servicing my headset as a freebie (probably because they felt sorry for me, lol). *Highly* recommended.

Bike service = highly recommended. Three noteworthy things about my dealings with the bike service guys here. First, they were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Second, they didn’t charge me to put the tire on my rim (because despite my all efforts, I just couldn’t do it). And third, despite my proposing the idea of just buying a new tire altogether, they said I’d still get the rest of this season out of my current tire, and that I could come talk to them about a new tire come winter. In other words, they had the opportunity to sell me a tire—I was clearly ready to buy one—and yet insisted this wasn’t necessary. I appreciate the honesty. These guys are in it for the right reasons.

Ryan was great at helping me out, and getting me what I needed for my bike. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. His pricing is fair and really goes above and beyond for his customer. That's what happens when someone has a true passion for their work. Would reccomend 100%

I can't say enough amazing things about this coffee shop! Every time I have visited, I have always been amazed. The staff is always super kind, helpful and enthusiastic. A special shout out to Luis, who makes amazing machiatto and who I had the distinct honour to work with and learn from for many years. This spot is a great place for a great coffee and to get your bike either worked on or to purchase a new ride. I highly recommend this location, it will not disappoint!
