I originally worked with Jeanette, who was fantastic. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the cushions from a sofa. At that point Jeanette was away on a leave, so Josie picked up my call and it has been absolutely 5 stars throughout!!! Too long of a story to explain here, but wowza, I was beyond impressed at Josie's level of customer service. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. She's like a unicorn... hard to believe a sales person would care as much as Josie did.
