The decor of the business is quite nice its got the rustic charm with lots of wood in the reception area, that is in tune with nature. I felt like I was in a wood cabin getting ready for relaxing massage to ease all my tensions away. Since they are next to Lafontaine park it complements the space quite well. The owner Isabelle is quite nice and accommodating, I once called for a last minute massage one day in advance but she did not have anyone available for that time that I wanted. Later that day she called me back to let me know she made some changes and was able to find a massage therapist for the time I wanted. I was quite happy to hear back from her that she found someone for me. I worked with Elisa a bunch of times and she knows just what my stiff like cinder block shoulders need. I highly recommend the Thai massage with her this was a surprisingly more relaxing than I thought it was going to be. It felt nice to just lie down on the soft yoga mats and have her work on all my stiff joints and muscles. After our 90 minute session I felt quite relaxed and a lot more looser all over. Its a unique experience that I think everyone should try at least once I am glad I finally tried it.

It's my first time here. I love the ambiance of the place. It's relaxing and peaceful. I had Denis as my massage therapist. He has a great understanding of the type of massage that is recommended depending on your state. His massage calmed my mind and relieved my body. The staff was accomodating. I would recommend this spa. Thank you, Denis and to the staff.

The experience was really refreshing and the service was delightful, even during the COVID-19 period. I went there with my girlfriend and we got a great massage. By the end, we felt so sleepy and relaxed! The staff was great at communicating with us and very friendly. Would recommend if you prefer a ''low-key'', more private spa experience
