Just wanted to share with everyone the excellent service I have received from Andrew and his team. I had some neck and shoulder pain which was not getting any better. Andrew questioned me and had me do some movements so he could assess the situation. He quickly developed an effective plan that was easy to follow and very effective. I am very happy with the results and continue his exercises even today. Thank you again Andrew and team!

Andrew and his team are simply amazing. Very attentive and focused, they concentrate their efforts on healing and preventing. They are very knowledgeable and keep up to date with the latest techniques. They have great expertise and make the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable. I completely recommend them!

This was a virtual rehab following a broken wrist. The virtual sessions were in line with my comfort level for going out in public. Amina mapped the plan for my rehabilitation. Each week we were able to evaluate and change/increase my exercises as if I was there in person. It was a very good experience. Since I have had rehab for this wrist before I can attest to the fine quality of service and care I received. I should have mentioned Rachel Bouthillier suggested I contact Andrew for my rehab. Thanks to Rachel.

Best physio experience ever. Very personalized service with a thorough assessment during your first appointment. The therapists give you their full attention for the entire appointment. They also provide exercises to do at home sent by email that are doable and easy to follow. I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. Have had sessions with both Andrew and Christoper and both are professional, knowledgeable and very personable.

I cannot say enough about the ARC rehab team. They always find space if you have an emergency, they're super punctual and friendly... And then there's the actual treatment. So thorough, so effective and I'm so happy to to be a patient there. My husband and I have sent many friends and family there because of how amazing they are!
