I've been going here for years. The only thing they might do is get an extra receptionist, because it is too busy for one person to handle all the calls. The doctors, nurse, and receptionists have always been professional and courteous, and I recommend Sheridan Medical to anyone looking for a good doctor and clinic. Busy place at times, but a great clinic overall.

Reception has never been an issue for me. Everytime I call and book an appointment it's a quick and easy process. I call tell them when I'm available and if they can fit me in, typically they can or they ask if I can do the next day. Reception is kind - maybe because I've know them since the day I was born. I was always a friendly kid going to this doctors office, and to this day as a grown adult I still do not plan on leaving until Dr.ngs retirement. Dr.NG is singlehandly the best doctor I have ever had any experiences with. He is smart, knows how to do his job well, and has NEVER given me a misdiagnosis in my life. Pam, the nurse, is kind hearted and quick. She knows what's shes doing and she'll have you in and out, as quick as she can while providing exceptional service. I am lactose intolerant, I have asthma, and I've been through quite a lot when it comes to my medical history, not as much as some, but I've had quite a few trips to the hospital and clinic in my short 21 years. The waiting time, I will admit is very very frustrating. It seems that they always overbook, and expect cancellations. I secretly dont want Dr.NG to ever retire, but I know one day, unfortunately he will have too. This man deserves his own private practice, but I'm sure hea trying to reduce costs for his clients.
