We have recently moved into a new home and have been shopping for furniture. I had been very frustrated as we shopped and viewed furniture in numerous stores in the Golden Horseshoe. Darlene at the Niagara Falls store was fantastic. She was patient and provided the best customer experience I have ever had. I felt like I had a personal shopper|decorator working with us. She even took time to come to the house, take measurements, assess colour schemes, suggested potential layouts and took the time to look at numerous options. Nothing phased her and I think we are going to be getting something with style, and perfect for our home. What an unexpected, perfectly wonderful experience it was shopping here today! Darlene was in a word spectacular! Knowledgeable, patient, professional, caring, and was able to help us figure out exactly what we needed. Can’t wait for our custom sofa sectional to arrive. We will be back for sure!

I had a fantastic experience shopping with Ryn's. They had the styles, fabrics and manufacturers I was looking for. Buying a couch made in Canada is important to me. Being able to pick out the fabric for my throw cushions is also great and an added savings. The staff were friendly and kind. The new store is very bright and well laid out.
