On the recommendation of a friend, who knew I was having difficulty finding a bike, I was introduced to Dismount. Entirely on line they sourced and fully kitted a gravel bike for me. I can't say enough good things about this bike shop. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and helpful when looking for a bike or accessories, they're also all-around good people. This review is based on having both my MTB and road bikes extensively serviced by Dismount. This shop is transparent and takes the time to troubleshoot stuff without needlessly replacing items. The work is done attentively and with care. Compared to other shops I've used, I found both the service and work itself to be better. It's also one of the few shops that lack a condescending, too-busy-for-you attitude. I'll be back.
