I am INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with Spokes and Sports professionalism, customer service and expertise. I called to inquire about ordering a bike and Andrei provided me with knowledgeable over-the-phone advice and impeccable service. The manager, Alex, followed up and the bike was ready for pick-up within 24 hours! I am truly BLOWN AWAY by their customer service...and our child is thrilled with the new bike (with bell and kickstand professionally installed)! THANK YOU staff at Spokes and Sports! :)

Have had the best service hands down from this bike shop. Ive been to many of Toronto bike shops, spokes and sports excels far beyond all of them in customer service and available selection. Jordan helped me last time I was there. He did an amazing job helping me get my mountain bike rolling again given the current bike and parts shortage. I Highly recommend giving their shop a try!

Incredible service. I had a phone appointment with Andre during the COVID re-openings and his service was excellent, friendly, and he was very knowledgeable - being able to guide me on exactly the bike I needed for my specific needs. They're doing a very impressive job navigating the pandemic, I highly recommend.

Have always had a great experience here for bikes and hockey. Just got my bike tuned up and some parts replaced and Jordan was super helpful and fast getting everything done. Bike is like new now just have to wait for some warmer weather but glad I got in before the Spring madness!
