My experience so far with this location has been amazing! They are the only location in Ontario with the chair I had been eyeing on display that I was interested in. I live very far from this location but the team was fantastic - I emailed asking for a few photos of the chair so I could see it in as good as real life as I could get, and to my shock I got a prompt response with photos. Needless to say I ordered the chair and would absolutely order from this location again. Customer service was excellent - I know I heard from Alexandra and perhaps others on my interactions and they were all fantastic. I can't wait for my call when my order comes in! Thank you team!

This is now the only Structube location we go to because the customer service with one particular associate is excellent. Yes, you have to wait for most items to come into stock. It’s a pandemic and we’re patient because we know that things take longer than usual. Bottom line, don’t order unless you’re prepared to wait. It’s definitely worth it, the quality is great and we love everything we’ve purchased for our new home. When we go we only deal with ALANA because she’s the best! Very friendly, excellent communication skills and will tell you the real deal with regards to estimated wait times.

Alexandra and Alana are fantastic! I ordered a few pieces of furniture through Structube.com and TWO of them came with missing or defective parts. The staff at this location was so quick to help us out when the head office was taking days to respond and they had our missing parts ready to go in a matter of hours, plus a reorder of an item that they couldn't replace. Despite the added inconvenience and long wait times (ugh, pandemic), it is great value for trendy designs so we'll probably be back to this store instead of online.

I called to inquire about one of their products if they had in stock. They didn’t have any any in the back but they had them set up on display. I asked if I could get the display item and they agreed. Amazing customer service. From the time I called to them helping me load the stuff in my car. I’ve been to many structube and by far this is the best. !!
