Had a great experience purchasing a barbecue from Ester and Manny in the Seasonal Dept. Both were helpful and knowledgeable. Karen took the order over from point of sale and had the barbecue assembled in a manner of hours. Unfortunately due to a mix up, it was the wrong colour, but Ester and Karen rectified the issue quickly and without any hassle to me. The new barbecue was delivered within a day of me bringing the issue to their attention. Amazing customer service from the the Team at the Burloak Home Depot.

The staff are friendly, and helpful to the best of their knowledge. But I still have a hard time getting someone to help me. It's hot and cold in terms of finding the appropriate person for help. They have a lot of stuff that's useful and price competitive. I like the way they push the other big box stores sometimes.

The store is decent and so are the staff. Never had any issues with either. My problem is this ''express'' delivery. The statement of order online and it will be delivered in 3 hours. does not happen. It took 10 hours to receive an express delivery. Time to update your information Home Depot and quit stating something that is not true. The other issue is get a better online stock report for products available in store. I ordered items and they changed my order due to lack of stock creating issue for the job and delays to my schedule. You seriously need to reconsider if you want a delivery from these guys. My opinion is make sure you get all the details for delivery prior to ordering, or just go get it somewhere else yourself.

I had to get a part replaced for my bathtub. I had purchased the part at another location, but it was broken. Join entering the store, Esther greeted me and asked me what I required help or assistance with. She immediately radioed Steve (plumbing department) and then walked me directly to the department. Steve found the exact part I needed and made sure it was the same as my original part. He gave me additional tips for my faucet as it's been leaking for a while now. I highly recommend this location as the staff are clearly amazing! Thank you both for your speedy assistance.
