Staff very friendly & helpful. However, the member of staff who helped us select the item purchased was not sufficiently knowledgeable about the product. That is why I didn't give five starts. Members of staff need to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. Apart from that the visit was an enjoyable one and I got what I was looking for. Subsequent to the above,comment, I visited the store and was served by Debbie Lee who gave me exceptionally good customer service. I highly commend Debbie and can increase my rating of the store to 5 stars.
