Excellent customer service and attention to detail! This is a great local resource for expert technical service, advice on cycling accessories, e-biking in particular. Only Rad Power Bike service in Québec and National Capital Region of Ottawa. Quick and expert build of our new RadCity Step Thru e-bike and very helpful advice on other gear to enhance the experience. Staff are not only very friendly but knowledgeable and provide outstanding service.

I *think* they might do a good job, but their automated menu-based booking system can lead to *not* getting what you need. I hooked a tune-up and *specifically* told them when I brought in my bike that I need the front suspension lubricated. After a few days they told me it was ready, and at pickup time I asked to speak to the tech. He had never heard about my request for suspension maintenance. He said that I could book another appointment to get that done. WTH?!?! What a waste... Next time, I'll pick a bike shop where they can actually communicate.

The passion that Eric has truely shows the second you walk into the shop. From the warm greeting to understanding the request of fixing our Chariot to going above and beyond in fixing the problem, I highly suggest them and will be a returning customer come summer for our bikes! Thank you!

This is a phenomenal bike shop in downtown Aylmer! Natasha and I did two half-day tours of Ottawa and Aylmer/Gatineau/Hull on e-bikes. I was worried about how it would be because it was clocking 35-40 km per ride (I haven't ridden a bike in probably ten years) but the e-bike enabled me to challenge myself whenever I wanted by turning down the assist setting and if it was a steep hill or I was tired, I turned it up and could move fluidly and easily and rest my legs completely. Natasha helped me feel very safe and, aside from where it was completely unavoidable, kept me on pedestrian/cyclist paths. She and Eric provided me with padded shorts and a bunch of other stuff to make the ride comfortable for me. It was a lovely time and I feel that I've left with a good feel of the area. I did a fully private tour and it was highly customized and very relaxed, I loved it. It can seem pricy if you do it solo but if you have specific things you want to check out I think it's 100% worth it, especially if you're hesitant on a bike and want to do it safely with someone on your first try. The e-bike option is the big difference between this shop and any others that I researched, because you can go 20-30 km/h with little effort if you turn up the assist function so you can end up covering more ground on these tours. The bonus here is also that I wasn't too sore or drained to continue sight-seeing in the afternoons after my tours. Natasha also showed me where you can go fast safely and where you need to go more slowly (i.e., where cars are less cyclist-aware, etc.). Plus, the shop has really friendly staff and they have amazing bikes and tons of gadgets/accessories so if you want to go back after they're also wonderfully helpful!

Great experience...started with a pleasant call with Natasha. I then brought by bike in and met Eric and Nick. They were very welcoming and super knowledgeable! Dropped my bike off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later. Super work! I would highly recommend this bicycle shop! Thanx guys!!
