Called late to get a break cable replacement. They were super courteous,. Instead of expecting me to know what we're all the parts I needed, they looked at the bike and got all I needed to fix the bike. And the rice for the parts was super reasonable. It was a nice experience. Specially when I was fixing my break as a visitor to Montreal at 8 PM!!
