I have to admit that I was really skeptical when I saw the reviews after I ordered. I still decided to give them a chance since it was my first experience with Bloomex. As it turns out, the flowers did arrive on time; I paid express shipping for them to be delivered the next day between 9AM and 12PM. So I felt pretty relieved and happy! I think people didn't get their flowers on time because of the pandemic. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the flowers did not turn out as I thought they would. When you order flowers, they give you three different sizes; regular, deluxe and supersize. The one on the picture, the size I actually wanted, was obviously supersized and I ordered the regular one without knowing. I ordered from my phone, so the size options aren't easily visible, unlike the website where it's more obvious. There is no pictures for the regular size (or deluxe for that matter), which can lead to a huge misunderstanding, just like what happened with me and I assume everyone who left a bad comment here. PLEASE post accurate pictures for each size. I think it would make your customers happier and they will be willing to trust you again.

Absolutely amazing tracking system. You always know where your flowers are at and at what time they are delivered, which is very appreciated. I was a little bit disappointed by the size of the bouquet however, seeing as I had paid extra for the biggest one. I found it relatively small for the price. Also I had ordered a white and purple bouquet and the one that was delivered was mostly pink. Not a big deal but not representative of what I have purchased. Overall satisfied with my experience
