As an older fellow (52) playing ball hockey against the young guys (late 20's early 40's), knee & heel injuries have been mounting up over the past 4 years that leave me limping through summer & to the point my season ended in late November. After the New Year, finally decided to seek treatment. I met with a fine young man, Tristan, who took real good care of me. After 1 visit, the heel was pain free for 2 days & the knee, no pain kneeling! After every visit, the pain free days increased! I have to do my part with exercises at home &|or the gym. I wholeheartedly recommend Kinatex Sports Physio Cote Vertu! Perhaps this weekend warrior can rejoin the game before this season is over!

it's a very good place. It was my first time seeing a physiotherapy. Laurence was amazing. Very welcoming and you feel very comfortable to talk and tell to her what you need and she will working on that, give you the right advice and care about the results. My first session was an hour to get to know me and to find out what the problem exactly after that we had 4 session and we end up with no pain 95%. I definitely recommended and will go back for sure.

I recently visited kinatex because i have shoulder pain. My physiotherapist Laurence forget who helped me to find out the reason for my pain and suggested to do simple exercise. I highly recommend this clinic.

Went for a stiff neck and back spasm issue. From booking the appointment over the phone, to my appointment with Laurence, the service was perfect. Especially since it's my first time visiting a physiotherapist or osteopath. Looking forward to getting rid of this back pain!
