Beautiful environment, is located in a reclusive area close to Rawdon. Close to nature and well organized with the current hygiene standards, loved the decoration and the oriental music. Had a great massage from Natalie, and overall amazing experience.

The site is pretty nice and has a good thermal experience, but, here is the draw back I experienced. The outdoors relaxing area around fire were extremely disappointing. The fire wasn't very big or hot, and wasn't kept in great shape, so you would feel relatively cold around these areas compared to the indoors sections or the electrical heating outdoors. Also, there is only two spa and they get overcrowded quite fast. Overall good, but maybe a bit too hyped up for what it is.

The expérience was great even with the COVID situation. The amenities are good, the food is excellent and the massage was one of the best I had. Advise, do your massage first and then enjoy the Nordic bath. Also, please make sure you make time for food as it will take a while.

This is a very nice spa , the facility is clean and staff are nice No talking signs are used pretty much in all areas . If you have a busy lifestyle and looking for some peace and quiet ; this is definitely your place The view is amazing Loved the quiet room and their food . The food is hands down one of the best meals we have had at a restaurant I tried Buddha bowl and my husband salmon tartar ... delicious ....

Very beautiful spa. LOVED the meditation walk. Although i had an unsettling experience of an employee crouching directly over me without a mask in one of the tubs to tell my group of 4 to spread out. I understand the importance of quiet, but having someone speak so closely to me without a mask was definitely unsettling during a pandemic and i think social distancing and speaking a little louder should have taken priority over the need for quiet. (Or putting on a mask if you need to speak so closely). Also as a group of 4 it definitely felt as though one employee was constantly hovering around us (again, without a mask). I understand as a group of 4 we may have been flagged as more likely to not respect the strict silence policy, but having someone hovering constantly was not the most relaxing experience... honestly all of our issues seemed to be related to the fact that we were a group of 4. The setup and policies really seems to cater to couples. Otherwise the facility is very beautiful.
