It is difficult to say enough good things about this company, and most importantly, the people who run it. Cheryl and Steve are experts, but they are also extremely compassionate. This results in service that is caring at every stage, from selecting the right person (or people) to work with your loved one, all the way to how billing is handled. I am an only child, and I live in the US, so knowing that Home Care Assistance is in my family's corner has meant the world to me; they continually reduce stress and provide support. I recognize that picking someone to help with your loved one is a difficult decision. Please know that this company is unsurpassed.

We are so glad we found Home Care Assistance when we did. They went over and above for my grandmother and our whole family when life was really difficult for us. Nothing was too much to ask. The whole team of caregivers were really caring and compassionate and the company made sure that they were a good fit for her.

Last winter my very good friend for 45 years fell ill with cancer, she had already been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer and now on top of the cancer she was about to lose a leg. As her longest friend, power of attorney and executor I had several decisions to make quickly. The first was to get her care during the hours I and her nephew could not be with her and in the beginning this was in a hospital setting where the nurses do not have time for full care. Through the advice of a friend I called Home Care Assistance and they reviewed her condition right away and had someone taking care of my friend within hours. The care she received was suburb and relived my tasks ahead and stress immensely. Twice the care giver was not able to be there and both times another caregiver was assigned and there was not ever a moment without one. My friend looked so forward to her caregiver arriving it made it very easy to go about my day. These were extremely stressful times and to have a company step up to the plate and take that stress off our shoulders was indeed a blessing. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and sincere care of Home Care Assistance.
