Awesome customer service with Shams. Winston was very attentive, and helped the process for my wedding stress free. Fresh flowers and greenery were beautiful and lasted well after the day. Make use of the time to meet at the shop to show exactly what you want before you get it.

Winston is amazing. I called to order a bouquet of flowers for a funeral, and he was happy to help and have them delivered by a certain time. I gave him a price and what came out was absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a better bouquet. The delivery was earlier than expected and his willingness to help is just amazing. Customer Service is 5 stars and the quality of flowers is 5 stars. I will be ordering again in the future! Thank you!

Needed two orders done for same day pick-up. Not only were they happy to do a rush order at no additional fee, the basket and bouquet were both stunning and incredibly good value for the already very reasonable prices. Very highly recommend this business, and will use again for all my flower needs!

Winston did our wedding florals and he did such an amazing job! Originally, we went to him last December with a vision: Very tall centrepieces with tropical greens and white orchids. We had visited at least 5 other popular wedding floral shops before we met Winston, and every shop had quoted a pretty high price so we felt like we might have to consider changing our theme. When we met with him, he spent a good hour with us going through alternatives that would achieve a similar look for a fraction of the cost. We decided to go with him for our May 2020 wedding. In March 2020, the pandemic hit and we had to cancel our original wedding. In August 2020, we decided to do a micro-wedding and asked Winston if he could modify our original plan to fit a 24 guest affair. He did, and it was fantastic. He made a beautiful white rose garden bouquet for me, attachments for our wedding ''arch'', head table greenery ''garlands'' and small, dainty, classy looking centrepieces for our guest bistro tables (1-2 guests per table). He delivered and set up everything on time and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I pre ordered flowers and picked them up for a birthday. The flowers were ready to go on time. Owner was super friendly. He even helped me wrap my gift since I was in a rush and wasn’t able to do it ahead of time. 100% beat florist in the neighborhood.
