Visited bunch of bike stores and find the best quality bike grip here. Although there was a small discrepancy in the price tag and in their system, they fixed it right away. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Every part of dealing with Pedalinx is a pleasure. You never feel ripped off, you ALWAYS feel listened to/respected, and the team is fantastic. Paul sorted my chain out straight away, and is always a pleasure to talk to. Great prices, and very down to earth. Don't be exploited by other bike shop prices...get down to Pedalinx and let them help you out!

A few weeks ago I was commuting along College St and all of a sudden my bike seized and I could no longer pedal. I pulled over. The problem wasn't something I could fix on my own. I needed tools which I didn't have. Luckily, Pedalinx was right there. I walked my bike over and was met at the door by a friendly and helpful person, who may have been one of the owners? Not sure, but she was super helpful (sorry! I forgot to ask her name). She took the time to look at my bike and fix it. It was a simple job, and I was more than prepared to pay for the service, but she refused stating that it was really no problem at all. I was very appreciative and thought the least I could do was write a review. So here it is! Many thanks for your awesome service and for helping so many commuters get home safely!

Went into the bike shop with a million questions and Paul helped me, answering all of them. Paul was so friendly and genuine, and made the entire process of getting a new road bike so seamless. Come to Pedalinx for all your biking needs, because I can guarantee you will get A1 quality service. And the complimentary lifetime tune-ups aren't too shabby either!
