Just went to get my bike fixed today, and the volunteers are Bike Pirates are efficient, responsive, and professional. I was really happy with the repairs done to my bike and will be supporting Bike Pirates as my primary bike repair shop from now on. I highly recommend it to everyone living in Toronto!

Bike Pirates are the best! My partner and I just had a great experience picking out a bike with them. They were very patience as we took our time testing and deciding if a bike was the right fit for us. They calmly helped us without any rush even though there was a line of customers behind us. The woman that helped us was very kind and generous. Highly recommended!

I bought a bike from Bike Pirates recently. I really appreciated the fact that they had an online form where I could reserve the bike before heading to the space. On top of that, once I got there, everyone was very friendly and respectful of social distancing rules. I also appreciated that one of the team members took the time to install a bike stand on the spot when I asked for it (it was only $5 extra). Overall, the customer service was excellent, the bike was a really good price, and everyone was really friendly. I definitely recommend coming here to get a refurbished bike!
