We had an issue with some inner tubes I purchased. Turns out was a factory defect. I was willing to pay for the replacement. No they insisted on replacing them under warranty. I have been in the service business over 57 years I know good intentions when I see them in action. Congratulations, these guy's deserve your business. Although I must add their hours are weird.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. - VERY reasonable rates for parts and labor - Excellent service - staff gave a quote on the spot and didn't try to squeeze in extras. Did the opposite actually! My girlfriend was quoted on parts and labor (again very reasonable), but after the technician took a closer look at the bike, the issue was an easy fix and we saved some money on an unnecessary part replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a bike here for service. They know what they're doing here :) (partly unrelated note, there are ice cream shops nearby that're great for killing time on short repairs!)

I can’t believe I haven’t given this shop a review yet!! Okay the guys there super cool really friendly and genuinely care they pay attention to detail. They’re super quick fixes! They also have pumps out and about so you can just stop by fill up your wheels.. theyre like two steps ahead of the game! if you also wanna learn a thing or two be sure to hit these guys out!!
