Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. We got our wedding bands custom made by her and she listened to our concerns and wants and actively communicated throughout the process. We went in a couple times to get the designs perfect. We have the most stunning wedding rings and I would 100% go to her for any future custom jewelry.

My fiancé and I were struggling to find somewhere that could create a special moissanite ring within our desired budget and time frame. We went in to Flux + Form for a consultation with Kim, where it was immediately clear that she has a passion for the process and for delighting every single customer! I personally loved Kim's patient and hands-on approach; she encouraged us to take our time looking at existing pieces/gems in the store, sent us 3D renderings, and even ordered in samples for us to examine up close. Since we had a more conservative budget, Kim graciously provided price breakdowns for various designs and explained how we could trim the cost down, without sacrificing the overall style or beauty of the end result. There was no pressure to rush into an order until we were 100% sure what we wanted. Overall, Kim at Flux + Form made the entire process of creating the perfect ring way easier than we expected. The only difficult part was keeping my anticipation at bay for a week til I could pick it up 😂

After visiting several custom jewelry stores in downtown Toronto, no store was as helpful or knowledgeable as flux + form to create the ring I was looking for. The talented Suzanne designed a beautiful engagement ring and was so easy going and a joy to work with. Skip visiting other custom jewelry stores, just go to flux + form.

Carey helped me and my now fiancee choose the perfect stone for my engagement ring and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I thought this would be a difficult process because I wanted a very light coloured sapphire and I can be quite picky, but almost right off the bat Carrie understood exactly what I wanted and ended up finding the perfect stone. Every step was easy, fun, and exciting (even with COVID getting in the way mid-process). I am very impressed with the overall experience and I would recommend flux + form to anyone!
