Would wholeheartedly recommend - I had a great experience with Sergio buying wedding rings for my wife and I. I found Orosergio originally because of the five star rating on Google Maps. From my initial email, Sergio was quick to respond and friendly. He answered all of our questions (resizing an engagement ring that was a family heirloom, designing and ordering our wedding rings). My wife LOVES her wedding ring. I am very happy with mine a couple months on. I am not used to shopping for jewelry but Sergio made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. One thing I would point out is to reach out to Sergio to confirm a time before coming to the store in person (there was one time we went in the evening and he and his team had left a bit earlier than the posted office hours). I am so happy that I came accross Orosergio jewelry in my search to get a customized ring made! Sergio was amazing in designing the ring exactly how I pictured it and the end result was beautiful. He was always super responsive and kept me updated on the process. Super happy with my decision to go with him.

We sent my wedding and engagement rings to Sergio to be redesigned for our 38 year anniversary. Despite being 12,000km away and in the middle of a world wide pandemic, the process was incredibly smooth and uncomplicated. Sergio was so easy to communicate with, he made sure to be completely clear about what I envisioned, he quickly rendered the finished ring exactly how it would look before commencing. He replied immediately and patiently to my many questions. The process from sending the ring from Australia to Canada, designing, making and receiving it back was about 7 weeks and they arrived the day before our anniversary. My rings are gorgeous and more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Sergio for your incredible customer service and attention to detail. I would give 10 stars if possible!

Sergio is great! He designed my wedding band exactly how I wanted it, and made sure everything was perfect before calling me to pick it up. He responds very quickly to emails, and listens/understands what you want. Overall, quality service!!

Sergio came highly recommended to me by a family friend in the trade. I gave him a chance based on this personal recommendation and the reviews I saw on google. Then Sergio WOWed me. The experience, the customer service, and the end product are flawless. Every time. He custom created an engagement ring and told me how to make it even better based on his experience. It was perfect and my wife loved it. We both went back to get our wedding bands. He again custom created these and the band match the engagement ring just like we wanted. The experience was so amazing and Sergio creates such incredible jewelery, I just went back to him for a push present (a gift for when your significant other gives birth). We created a ring together that is amazing on its own and can be stacked with the engagement ring and wedding band. He even took the extra step to engrave it. My wife was speechless.
