I’m here with a friend to browse furniture for her new small apartment. I really love visiting stores where the furniture is set up in a very eye-appealing way! Really, how many people have the space (and ca$h) to buy and drop “the whole thing” into wherever you’re looking to upgrade? So many great products for reasonable prices. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought many items here last year as I got married and the service was excellent. There's an assistant manager, female who is beyond friendly and helpful with revising my invoice numerous times and setting payment options. Then I received one of my marble tables chipped and the manager was kind enough to personally deliver me a new marble table and replace it. Now a year later, I really enjoyed my mattress and my mother had also decided to get the same one. When we received the mattress I realized it is not the same as mine and went in before the 7 days policy to return it. The mattress is 100% not the same as mine, the firmness the looks of it, all of it. Basically , I am told that the onus is on the client to get the correct mattress which even if I agree, the reason I give 2 stars less is nothing but the policy, they have deducted $60 from my total pay for picking up the mattress even if you go within the 7 days policy. They claim it's not their responsibility because they do not have a delivery set up as a company. I know many companies do this, do an easy transaction and then once you need to make a return they make it very difficult or put the customer at expense. All I know is the 'policy' is not fair and takes over all the kind experience I have received in the past. I would encourage structube to review their policy or will not shop there again, I have spent alot in this store. It's a NO from me for this kind of ridiculous policy. They just gave me a tape and bag to cover the mattress. Looks like a big company i don't know why with someone like Amazon in today's world, anyone would put up with this kind of policy. Now that I know even if I am sure of something, I won't buy it not to get stuck with it. Good bye
