March 21. Given the opportunity to speak with one of the owners I have decided the dedication, empathy and appreciation that the owner demonstrated speaks volumes about a business. Chris took time out of his busy day to ensure my concerns were heard and assured me that appropriate training was given. A business owner who takes the time to hear a concern and use it constructively is definitley worth 5 stars! Original review: Note that the only reason I am giving this review a 2 star is because of the physiotherapist Kevin. I had called to book an appointment based on a referral from my Doctor. Given that at the time the receptionist asked what the treatment was for, I disclosed it. After rearranging my day at work in order to make an appointment for 3:30pm and baring terrible traffic to get there on time, I was greeted by a less than friendly receptionist. Provided her with my referral sheet, which disclosed the type of treatment I needed, disclosing it again for the second time. Within a few minutes of sitting down with Kevin, who was the physiotherapist I was to see, he disclosed that it would be best for me to meet with a physiotherapist who specializes in the specific treatment I needed. Which I agreed with, luckily he has outstanding customer service and was very apologetic to situation and assisted in referring me to the appropriate place. Unfortunately, the front facing staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. This could have been avoided in the first phone call to the clinic when I advised the treatment I was looking for. It was a complete waste of my time and the receptionist didn't even apologize or take accountability for the lack of knowledge.

This is the best physiotherapy experience I have ever had. I received a same-day appointment with Kevin Wood who's absolutely amazing at what he does. He's truly caring and knowledgable and provided a wholesome physio treatment. He took the time to get to know my concerns and carefully addressed all of them. I recommend Kevin to all without hesitation and wholeheartedly; he's truly exceptional.

Have a recuring knee problem. During my 1st visit I was given a thourough assessment, explanation of the current state of my knee and what to expect, along with 1 on 1 exercise demonstrations. After my 1st visit I'm walking better. Each subsequent visit involves a thorough range of motion assessment, with progress gauged along with gradually escalating exercises. Kieri my physiotherapist; knowledgeable, professional with a very pleasant bedside manner. Highly reccomend her.

Convenient location and great staff. I visited a while ago, the lady at the receptionist was very helpful with booking and reconfirming the schedule. My physio Kevin was professional and considerate when accessing my situation and gave great exercise advises for home remedies
